The Sevillo Fine Foods Slow Roasted Red Tomatoes are marinated in oil, oregano, garlic, and salt and oven-roasted. These are ideal for adding to pizzas, pasta, salads, and sandwiches. This bulk pack of Sevillo Fine Foods Slow Roasted Tomatoes is suitable for restaurants, diners, and cafes.

Vine ripened tomatoes are hand-picked and roasted for 12 hours to bring out the sweet tomato flavor. They are then tossed with chopped garlic and herbs, and marinated in oil to preserve freshness. Store frozen for 12 months, or chilled for 6 weeks. Approx 450 wedges per 8lb pail.
