Red tomatoes are hand-picked and roasted for 12 hours to bring out the sweet tomato flavor. They are then tossed with chopped garlic and herbs, and marinated in oil to preserve freshness. Store frozen for 12 months, or chilled for 6 weeks.
Preparation instruction: Toss in a salad, throw on a sandwich, or mix in some pasta/pizza
