The Sea Watch Frozen Fried Breaded Clam Strips are prepared from the tongue of the Atlantic Surf Clam. These breaded clam strips make a good entree or appetizer, and can also be added to other recipes. Available in a bulk case of 24 packs, the Sea Watch Breaded Clam Strips are suitable for cafes, diners, and food trucks.
FRIED CLAMS ARE JULIENNE SLICES OF THE ATLANTIC SURF CLAMS. THE CLAM STRIPS ARE THEN BREADED, PREFRIED, FLASH FROZEN AND PACKED IN PLASTIC POUCHES OF THE SPECIFIED WEIGHT. Deep Fry - DEEP FRY AT 350F FOR 60 SECONDS OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F. Bake - Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove from bag; do not thaw. Spread clams evenly on a baking sheet or tray and bake approximately 6 minutes. Remove from oven, flip and bake 6 minutes longer or until crisp. Oven temperatures may vary; adjust these instructions to your own oven. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).Preparation and Cooking:
