Minh egg rolls are made every day with nothing but the freshest vegetables. . . tangy bok choy, mellow bamboo shoots, chopped carrots, sliced celery, shredded cabbage, crunchy water chestnuts, and authentic spices. Then theyre rolled in a traditional egg roll wrapper. All Minh egg rolls are pre-cooked for food safety and can be deep fried, convection heated or baked for convenience.
