The Rudy s Farm Mild Whole Hog Sausage Patties adds versatility to the menu. These sausage patties are mildly seasoned with spices and herbs. The 100% USDA-inspected fresh pork cuts can be cooked and served in no time and are ideal for short-service windows. The bulk pack of 132 Rudy s Farm sausage patties is suited for use in cafeterias and restaurants.
WHOLE HOG COUNTRY SAUSAGE PATTIES
Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until ready to use.
For best results thaw sausage before preparation.
Due to variances in cooking equipment time and or temperature may need adjustment.
SKILLET:
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Place thawed sausages in skillet.
3. Cook sausage for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even browning, to a minimum internal temperature of 160°F.
