10# BATTERED 1/4" PEELED ROUND EGGPLANT CUTLETS
Preparation instruction: Heating Instructions: For best results cook to an internal temperature of 170-190°F (77-88°C). Deep Fry Place frozen cutlets in fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 1 to 1½ minutes. Microwave Place frozen cutlets on microwave oven. Cook 2-3 minutes on high (use as guide only). Bake Slack for 15 minutes. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes. Broil Slack for 15 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes.
