Preparation instruction: Before opening bag tap to loosen contents. DO NOT DEFROST 1. Bring water to a rapid boil (salt optional). 3-4 gallons per 5 pound bag. 2. Place cavatelli in briskly boiling water and quickly stir making sure water boils throughout cooking time. 3. Cook 5-7 minutes or until desired tenderness stirring frequently. 4.
