The ready-to-use RoastWorks Peppers and Onions are flame-roasted vegetables great to use in entrees. It is a 3/8 inch cut vegetables with consistent quality and size. Pre-prepared for convenience, it saves valuable prep time and effort. The bulk pack of RoastWorks flame-roasted peppers and onions will be ideal for cafes, bistros, diners, and restaurants.

Preparation instruction: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. STOVE TOP: Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetables to very hot oil. Cover. Cook for 13 to 17 minutes, stirring as needed for even heating. GRIDDLE: Preheat griddle to 375F. Spread 2 Tbsp. oil over griddle. Arrange vegetables in a thin layer. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, turning as needed for even heating. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange frozen vegetables in a thin layer on baking pan. Bake 11-16 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange frozen vegetables in a thin layer on baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
