BAKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE GUIDELINES: COMMERCIAL CONVECTION OVEN: 350°F (175°C) FOR 3-5 MINUTES. RACK OVEN: 350°F (175°C) FOR 8-11 MINUTES. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350°F (175°C) FOR 5-8 MINUTES. NOTE: BAKE TIME DEPENDENT ON DESIRED LEVEL OF CRISPNESS FINISH: 4. COOL SLIGHTLY FOR 5 MINUTES. 5. WHILE STILL WARM, TOSS IN CINNAMON SUGAR TO FULLY COAT.
