Concentrated non-dairy liquid topping that is a perfect base for a variety of recipes (pastry fillings, mousses, cream pies). Simply add water and whip. It blends perfectly with any flavor or ingredient. Packaged in 2-lb cartons. Product is Kosher pareve. 2 Pound -- 12 per case. Preparation Instructions: 1. Thaw in refrigeration (35°F to 45°F). 2. Shake well. Pour 2 parts of Whip Topping Base and 1 part cold (below 50°F) liquid (water, fruit juice, milk or cream) in cool bowl. 3. Whip on medium speed with a wire whip until soft or firm. Product in liquid form should not be refrozen. Use as a dairy stabilizer. 4. Combine 2 parts Whip Topping Base and 1 part heavy cream. 5. Whip at medium speed. Storage: Frozen: 365 days Refrigerated: 3 days Ambient: 0 days
