The Rich's Ready To Whip Non-Dairy Topping will make a great addition to milkshakes, coffees and smoothies. With a light creamy texture which can be whipped in minutes, the Rich's non-dairy topping is convenient to use. This non-dairy topping bulk pack will be a great choice for bakeries, milkshake centers and coffee shops.

Liquid non-dairy topping that whips up to 4 times its volume. Excellent performance and stability. Perfect for any recipe. Packaged in 2-lb cartons. Kosher pareve. 32 Ounce -- 12 per case.

Preparation Instructions:

Thaw refrigerated for at least 24 hours before using.

1. Shake well before pouring into cool bowl.

2. Fill bowl 1/4 full and whip using wire whip on medium speed.

3. For best results, whip at 45-50 F until desired firmness is achieved.

Do not refreeze liquid. Whipped product can be refrozen. If overwhipped, add more liquid and whip to desired firmness.
