A 5oz patty made with an array of vegetables that include green peas, corn, carrots and green beans. Moist and flavorful, they contain no cholesterol, preservatives, and are trans fat free.
Preparation instruction: May be prepared from frozen or defrosted state. To thaw in microwave, place tray in oven on DEFROST setting for 2-3 minutes, turning once. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Deep fry burger for 6 minutes. To insure proper heating and limit burning allow burgers to thaw for 15 minutes. Conventional oven: Preheat to 450°F Place frozen burgers on a baking sheet. Bake 15-19 minutes. For extra crispness turn burgers half way through cooking time. Convection oven: Preheat to 425°F. Place frozen burgers on a baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.
