Preparation instruction: Place 2 quarts of heavy whipping cream and one bag of instant chocolate mousse in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix on low speed until thoroughly blended – about 2 minutes – using beaters or wire whip. Scrape down sides of bowl and beaters, Mix at high speed for 1-2 minutes until peaks form. Place in serving glasses and chill at least 30 minutes.For making smaller quantities: Use 1 quart whipping cream and 8 oz. of Instant Chocolate Mousse Mix.
