Preparation instruction: 1: Combine 4 liters boiling water (212°F) and 4 oz unsalted butter in a 2 1/2" deep full-size steamtable pan. 2: Stir in sauce mix until dissolved. 3: Add potato shreds. Stir. 4: Bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. For conventional oven, bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. [Alternate] For half carton prep, use half of each ingredient amount specified.
