Preparation instruction: Preheat conventional oven to 425°F (375°F convection oven). Oil lightly an 18x26-inch sheet pan for a full batch. Pour water into a 12-qt. mixing bowl. ADD Corn Bread Mix. Mix with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl and paddle. Mix on low speed (#1) for another 30 seconds. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in conventional oven 20 to 23 minutes (17 to 19 minutes in a convection oven).
