Preparation instruction: PREHEAT STANDARD OVEN TO 425°F (375°F CONVECTION OVEN). OIL lightly an 18x26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13x18-inch sheet pan for half batch. POUR 9 cups water into a 12-quart mixing bowl. ADD Corn Bread Mix. MIX with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. SCRAPE bowl and paddle. MIX on low speed (#1) another 30 seconds. POUR batter into prepared pan. BAKE in standard oven 20 to 23 minutes (17 to 19 minutes in a convection oven).
