Frozen puff pastry slabs in a "thaw and bake" format. Baked dough produces a light and flaky texture.
Preparation instruction: Standard Prep: Place slabs on parchment lined full sheet pan. Thaw (covered) in cooler overnight or at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Sheet dough to desired thickness and make up dough pieces. Spray dough with water. Allow dough to rest 20 minutes. For 4 oz pieces, bake time 22-26 minutes in 330 degrees F convection oven.
