Our 8-inch Hearth Sub is one of our Piantedosi classics! One of the first sub rolls we ever made, this sandwich roll is hearty, with a hinge strong enough to hold any fillings. They are baked right on our hearth with cornmeal on the bottom to provide the perfect texture.INGREDIENTS: Enriched Unbleached Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, contains 2% or less of the following: yeast, salt, sugar, dough conditioner (ascorbic acid, dextrose, enzymes), soybean oil, degerminated yellow cornmeal, calcium propionate [to retain freshness].
