The PanaPesca Hardshell Clams make a delicious addition to appetizer and meal menus. These pre-cooked hard-shell clams can be simply reheated and served from the frozen state, saving a lot of prep time and energy. The PanaPesca clams can be boiled or steamed inside the bag or steamed or sauteed outside the bag as per convenience. The bulk case will be of use to bistros, seafood-themed restaurants, and diners.

Preparation instruction: Simply reheat the clams directly from the frozen state. Boil or steam inside the bag, or steam or saute out of the bag. Reheat clams for approximately 8-10 minutes and they will open just as if they had been prepared from the fresh state
