Our Oyster Bay Brand, wild caught, yellowfin tuna steaks are skinless & boneless, CO treated for color promotion & retention, cut from fresh, not frozen tuna, and are individually vacuum packaged.
Preparation instruction: Tuna Steak blend very well with many style of cooking.It can be baked ( wrap it in oil foil and cook between 10-15 min), grilled, braised (10-15 min), pan-fried (2 min each size) and gridded. Thaw prior to cooking
