Preparation instruction: Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry Method: Preset the deep fryer with clean oil to 350° F. Place frozen cakes in a fryer basket and fry for 3 minutes until an internal temperature of 165° F is achieved. Place cakes in clean paper towel lined hotel pan to allow excess grease to be removed. Hold hot for service. To expedite speed of service simply thaw minis under refrigeration. Deep fry by above listed instructions for 2 minutes.
