Preparation instruction: Bake from frozen. Place frozen cookie dough pieces on a parchment linedbaking tray. Bake at 300 F in a Commercial Rack Oven for 12-16 minutes . For a Commercial Convection oven bake at 300 F for 12-16 minutes. Donot over bake. Cookies contine to bake for two minutes after removal f rom oven. Adjustments may be needed for differnent operating conditions.
