The Otis Spunkmeyer Gourmet Sugar Cookie Dough makes delicious cookies. Made with smooth, creamy butter and blended with the right amount of sugar, these cookies are ideal for fundraising events. Preparation instruction: Preparation: Bake Frozen. 1. Place frozen dough pieces on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow enough space between each cookie to ensure evenly baked cookies. 2. Refer to the time/temperature chart. Baking times are unique to your oven.  Watch cookies closely near the end of the bake time. Otis Oven Bake for 16-18 minutes. Convection Oven at 300°-325° F. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Standard (Residential) Oven at 350°-375° F. Bake for 11- 13 minutes. 3. Cookies are done when the color is light golden brown around the edges and there are surface cracks in the center. 4. If necessary, rotate the tray of cookies halfway through the bake time for an even bake across the tray. *To reduce spread on the cookie dough pieces, simply increase oven temperature. If more spread is desired, decrease oven temperature and add a few minutes to the bake time.
