Preparation instruction: Bake right from the freezer. No thawing is necessary. Place frozen dough pieces on an ungreased or parchment lined baking sheet. Allow enough space between each cookie to ensure evenly baked cookies. Bake at 300-325 for 8-10 minutes for a convection oven. Otis oven bake for 16-18 minutes. Conventional Oven at 350-375 for 11-13 minutes. Cookies are done when the color is light golden brown around the edges and there are surface cracks in the center.
