The Original Philly Seasoned Chicken Sandwich Slices are made from lean, boneless chicken meat. These moderately seasoned slices save prep time and are ideal for bulk preparations. The chicken slices are made with meat inspected and passed by the USDA. This bulk pack of 20 slices will be suitable for restaurants, cafeterias, and food trucks.
Marinated Chicken Sandwich Slices
Preparation instruction: Heat griddle or large skillet to 350-400°F. Drizzle griddle with oil. Sautee Original Philly chicken steak slices until brown on one side, about 1 minute. Using a metal steak turner/spatula, flip the chicken steak onto the other side, sprinkle with salt, pepper or your own blend of spices. Begin separating the chicken steak slices (do not over chop) and thoroughly cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F where all raw chicken color is gone.
