Chicken Slices
The Original Philly Chicken Steaks will enhance the taste of salads, pies, and breaded preparations. These feature lean and all-white boneless chicken breast meat that are thinly sliced to save time and effort during multiple orders. These uncooked chicken slices can be sauced and served as per customer preference. The Original Philly bulk unseasoned chicken breast is ideal for gourmet restaurants, food trucks, and concession stands.
Preparation instruction: Heat griddle or large skillet to 350-400°F. Drizzle griddle with oil. Sautee Original Philly chicken steak slices until brown on one side, about 1 minute. Using a metal steak turner/spatula, flip the chicken steak onto the other side, sprinkle with salt, pepper or your own blend of spices. Begin separating the chicken steak slices (do not over chop) and thoroughly cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F where all raw chicken color is gone.
