Our artisanal Cotija is a meticulously crafted aged Mexican cheese and it has been awarded as one of the best in its class. Considered Mexico’s answer to an aged parmesan, Cotija cheese takes its name from the town of Cotija in Michoacán state. It has a slight salty and zesty flavor with a vibrant taste that further develops over time and exhibits a firm crumbly texture.
