Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Rethermalizer: Place pouch in boiling water; rotate several times during cooking.
1. Carefully remove using tongs.
2. If Frozen 0°F Cook 45-50 minutes.
3. If Thawed 40°F or Less Cook 25-30 minutes.
Low Pressure Steamer: 5-7lb PSI: Place pouch on a perforated steamtable pan.
1. Carefully remove using tongs.
2. If Frozen 0°F Cook 45-50 minutes
3. If Thawed 40° or Less Cook 20-25 minutes.
Microwave Oven 1100 Watt: Pour into a microwave-safe container; cover loosely.
1.Stir halfway through cooking.
2.Thawed 40°F or Less Cook One Pouch High Power 12-14 minutes.
