These waffles and pancakes are absolutely delicious! They win the taste test over any wheat waffle and pancake mix on the market. They are light and fluffy with a hint of pure vanilla. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream or real maple syrup and indulge! Our Waffle/Pancake mix is free of sugar, too. Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, rice milk powder, vanilla, cream of tartar, baking soda, xanthan gum and salt. Just add eggs, oil and water or rice milk. One batch makes approximately 4-8 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron. Or, one batch makes 9-10 four-inch pancakes. Two batches per bag.
