Ingredients: Sweet brown rice flour, brown rice flour, evaporated cane juice, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, rice milk powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum and ground vanilla bean. Just add eggs, oil and water or fruit juice. One mix makes approximately 12 muffins.
