Pouch Pack Minis Classic Cheddar Mini in Marinara Sauce
A mildly sweet and seasoned Marinara sauce with half-moon shaped filled pasta minis. The minis consist of a smooth firm pasta shell and filling of mildly seasoned whipped mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and spices. This product is steam table tested and will maintain its characteristic and appeal for a 2 hour hold period at 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Preparation instruction: BOIL: Bring water to a boilPlace boil in bag into boiling water and boil approximately 45-50 minutes. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Hold pouch with insulated rubber gloves or tongs, cut off one corner of bag; pour into steam table pan
