GD PANCAKE BASE 50#Pancake Base
Preparation instruction: For 5 lbs. dry mix you need 1 pint vegetable oil or melted butter, 1 pint whole eggs, and 1 gallon buttermilk. Combine oil, eggs, and buttermilk first. Gradually add liquid to dry mix and blend using a wire whip until batter is smooth and uniform. Deposit batter onto preheated and pregreased griddle and cook until golden, approximately 1-2 minutes per side. Flip only once.
