Miso Masters Organic Traditional Red Miso is a gluten-free, non-GMO, American-made premium dark soy paste. Each 16 oz. container contains about 45 two-teaspoon servings. Our miso is naturally aged using traditional Japanese techniques. All organic ingredients are grown without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides and all ingredients are processed without artificial preservatives, colorings, or flavorings.
