Preparation instruction: Quick Method Mixing: Bring 3 quarts water to a FULL ROLLING BOIL. Combine 1 quart cool tap water and 1 package (24 oz.) Biscuit Gravy Mix in a separate container. Mix with a wire whisk until lump free. Pour water and gravy mix blend into BOILING WATER. Stir vigorously. Gravy should fully thicken within 30 seconds. (Note: Foaming is normal at this stage, but will dissipate.) Remove from heat. Full flavor in less than a minute. Note: If preparing more than one bag of gravy at a time, after thickening, heat for an additional minute. FOR SMALLER QUANTITY PREPARATION: Substitute these quantities in the Quick Method and follow directions. 1½ cups Biscuit Gravy Mix, 3 cups Boiling Water, 1 cup Cool Tap Water
