Preparation instruction: Preheat Temp 250°F; Time from Frozen 20 - 25 min; Time from Thawed 15 - 20 min; Preheat oven. Placescrambled eggs (4 lbs.) in full-size steamer pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray; cover pan tightly with foil. Stir as necessary. (Optional: add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water to pan).
