Preparation instruction: In a large pan, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Empty 10 pound bag of potatoes into the boiling water. Allow potatoes to cook for 20-30 minutes, making sure product reaches 165°F for 2 minutes anddesired tenderness level is reached.
