Preparation instructions: Bring chips to room temperature before frying. Fill the fry basket one-half to three-quarters full. The frying oil should be 365F. Fry the product until desired crispness or until the product stops bubbling, about 30-45 seconds. Immediately remove the basket of chips from the oil, shake the chips in the basket to drain the excess oil. Place chips in holding pan, season while hot, and serve. Or product can also be held in a holding pan for 30 minutes under a heat lamp.
