Preparation instruction: The way coffee is brewed has a major effect on flavor and quality. Use only filtered, non-softened cold water for brewing. Coffee is brewed using water at 195 F to 205 F. Designate separate brew baskets and serving vessels for flavored vs. non-flavored coffees. Keep unopened bags in a cool, dry storage area. Never open coffee packs early and stack in filters.
