Boneless, skinless duck breast meat, packed in clear five pound bags, clipped, for foodservice use, frozen.
Preparation instruction: Cooking Instructions: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Remove from bag and cut or shred meat into 1/2 inch pieces. Saute or grill (flat-top) on high with 1/4 oz. cooking oil for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Duck Breast Meat Boneless, 2 oz. & Up
