Preparation instructions: These legs can be baked, grilled, or fried. All directions from thawed. A good rule of thumb is quail compliment any fruit flavored marinate. Cook on medium to high heat grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional. Batter in favorite batter and drop in 350 degree frier for 4-5 minutes, until bird floats, or batter turns golden brown.
