Preparation instruction: This product can be: Grilled, baked, roasted, sautéed, stuffed. The rib cage, back bone, thigh bones have been removed for stuffing and baking for a knife and fork use. Cook on medium to high heat grill for 3-4 minutes per side. For stuffing and baking stuff birds then bake for 35 - 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
