Lynch BBQ Company takes pride in offering their clients a wide variety of sizes as well as various custom processing techniques for client's cooking specifications. The plant processes pigs with live weights of 20 - 200 lbs. All are individually poly-bagged, boxed and kept frozen at offsite cold storage facilities. In 2013 we expanded adding a freezer, dry storage and employee facilities. The facility is USDA inspected and offers producers another outlet for lite and bbq pigs.
