Commercial slicer designed for large scale production in institutions and fast-food establishments. Serrated (14) blades produce perfectly uniform slices of tomatoes, citrus fruit or kiwis for salads, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc. Horizontal slice retains juices. Slice thickness: 0.16". Total safety slicer: inaccessible blades with two protective housing & locking mechanism on carriage. Elevated edge for collection into GN tray (max height: 2.6"). Production capacity: 7.7 lbs/min. (2.5 sec./tomato). St/st frame and pusher. HDPE slide mechanism. 2x stabilising suction cup feet. Made in France.
