Preparation instructions: Ready-to-use. Pie Filling Requirements: 8" Pie - 1 lb. 9" Pie - 1.5 lbs. Note: The pan depth may alter requirements. Pastry Requirements: Danish rolls require 0.75 to 1 oz. of filling. Coffeecakes require 25% of the total weight in filling.
