With more potato solids and lower moisture mean the ultimate baked or quick-fry French fry. Ideal for school, quick-turn and high-volume operations. Features an extreme V crinkle cut for a delightful, extra crispy texture and full potato flavor.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Fry for 2½ - 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
