Ideal for baking as well as frying, these fries cook faster and have a longer holding time. Available in a bulk case of 6 packs, the Simplot Infinity Straight Cut Fries are suitable for cafes, diners, and food trucks.
More solids and lower moisture mean the ultimate baked fry. Simplot Infinity(R) Fries are ideal for school, quick-turn and high-volume operations. Extra-long strips deliver better plate coverage for more profits on every plate.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Fry for 1½ to 2 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 7 to 12 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 9 to 14 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Set Fan to 75% and Steam to 25%.Steam, 75% Fan. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 11 minutes.
