More solids and lower moisture mean the ultimate baked fry. Simplot Infinity(R) Fries are ideal for school, quick-turn and high-volume operations.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Deep fry for 2¼ - 2¾ minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 7-12 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on baking pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Set Fan to 75% and Steam to 25%. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 11 minutes.
