More solids and lower moisture mean the ultimate baked fry. Simplot Infinity(R) fries are ideal for school, quick-turn and high-volume operations. Extra-long strips deliver better plate coverage for more profits on every plate.
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Fry for 1½ to 2 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 6 to 12 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 9 to 14 minutes. COMBI OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Set Fan to 75% and Steam to 25%. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 10 minutes.
