    In 1986, Leroux Creek built a large scale dehydration facility on the property where their cannery is located today. 1990 brought big changes for Leroux Creek Foods when, after two successive stone fruit failures in 1988 and 1989, their plant was transformed from a dehydration facility into a cannery. From that point unto the present, Leroux Creek has developed, manufactured, and marketed its own brand of natural apple sauces, in addition to co-packing for other specialty labels.
