Idahoan® Tater Tumbler Appetizer Mix is processed from sound, well peeled and trimmed 100% Idaho® Potatoes in the USA. This product complies with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Amendments.
Preparation instruction: 1. Measure 2 quarts hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl. 2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes. Let stand 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully hydrated. 3. Mix well and portion using a #60 scoop. Fry at 350°F for 2 minutes
